  • What makes Taiwan Incense House's incense special?

    Taiwan Incense House's incense stands out for its commitment to quality and tradition. We use only natural ingredients, such as rare agarwood and premium sandalwood, sourced from various regions, each contributing its unique aroma. Our incense is free from artificial fragrances and chemicals, ensuring a pure and authentic experience. Additionally, we adhere to strict quality control measures, making our incense perfect for daily use, rituals, and special occasions.

  • Why is there a price difference between the Chinese and English versions of the site?

    The price difference is due to payment processing and exchange rate variations. For products not listed on our English website, please understand that we will need to calculate and provide you with a USD price quote.

    Overseas customers are welcome to use the Chinese version of the shopping site, but please note that checkout will be in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar), and the shipping costs will still be calculated based on actual rates.

     

  • Can I get both the promotions on the Chinese and English versions of the website in my order?

    No.  The promotions on the Chinese and English versions of the website are separate. Due to additional costs and possible after-sales service considerations for overseas transactions, the offers cannot be combined, please understand.

     

  • How to Shop on Taiwan Incense House's Webshop?

    Due to varying international shipping costs, please select your items and quantities, then submit them via the inquiry cart. We’ll weigh the items and email you shipping options. After you choose one, we’ll send a PayPal invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll ship your order and provide a tracking number. The order is complete when you receive the goods.

  • Are there any special discount events?

    Our pricing policy is reasonable and economical. Once you find the item you need, consider buying more to save on overseas shipping costs. If we have a special discount event, it will be announced in the 'NEWS' section of our webshop.

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged items?

    • 39 cm: 50-60 minutes
    • 48 cm: 90 minutes

    Micro Smoke Type Joss Incense Sticks

    • 39 cm: 60 minutes
    • 48 cm: 100 minutes

    Incense Coils Series

    • 1 hour: 45mins-1hour
    • 1.5 hours: 1hour-100mins
    • 3.5 hours: 3-4hours
    • 24 hours: 22-24hours

    Incense Sticks Series

    • 15 cm (Thickness: 2.5 mm): 25-35 minutes per stick
    • 21 cm (Thickness: 2.5 mm): 35-40 minutes per stick
    • 21 cm (Thickness: 1.2-2.0 mm): 40 minutes per stick

    Incense Cones

    • Depending on the size of each cone: approximately 10-20 minutes per cone

    Big Joss Incense Sticks

    • 48 cm: 1-1.5 hours
    • 54 cm: 1.5-2.5 hours
