• How to Shop on Taiwan Incense House's Webshop?

  Due to varying international shipping costs, please select your items and quantities, then submit them via the inquiry cart. We’ll weigh the items and email you shipping options. After you choose one, we’ll send a PayPal invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll ship your order and provide a tracking number. The order is complete when you receive the goods.

• Are there any special discount events?

  Our pricing policy is reasonable and economical. Once you find the item you need, consider buying more to save on overseas shipping costs. If we have a special discount event, it will be announced in the 'NEWS' section of our webshop.

• What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged items?
